Our Pavel & Blackwood Tennis Academy (PBTA) Certified Tennis Professionals teach techniques and skills designed and taught to them by Andrei Pavel & Nick Blackwood. The training received from our PBTA Certified Tennis Pros will take each member or guest's game to the next level.
Pavel & Blackwood Tennis Academy at The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club is home to a satellite campus of our Elite Junior Tennis Academy. While adult instruction on a daily or weekly basis is always available, PBTA is additionally recognized for its world-class Junior Tennis Program.
Daily tennis services consist of clinics, private or group lessons, assistance with scheduling match play and internationally recognized junior tournament training. Special events programming includes member, charity and pro-am tournaments along with fantasy camps featuring top ranked players.
Additionally, Pavel & Blackwood Tennis Academy at The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club offers competitive league play and is always looking for new members to join one of our existing teams or become a substitute player for the team.

Based in Arizona with several satellite campuses throughout the country, Pavel & Blackwood Tennis Academy was founded by top 15 ATP player Andrei Pavel and successful junior development coach Nick Blackwood. Mr. Pavel & Mr. Blackwood provide direct oversight and certification of the Tennis Professional staff.
The Pavel & Blackwood Tennis Academy partners with athletes of all abilities to provide a high level of tennis training created to meet their goals on and off the court. We believe the successful tennis player is the one who is prepared mentally and physically. Since each player has unique training needs our programs focus on their individual strengths and areas for development.
