Q. Is the hotel easily accessible by air?
A. The Platinum is just 10 minutes from McCarran International Airport. Transportation arrangements can be made through the hotel.
Q. Do you offer WiFi?
A. We offer both wired and wireless high speed Internet throughout property, so you can always stay connected.
Q. Will I be near area attractions?
A. Our hotel is situated in the heart of Las Vegas just one block from the legendary Strip. Upscale shopping, the most famed casinos and popular attractions are just moments away. And our über-connected staff knows just where the hottest things are happening; just ask.
Q. Do you offer a fitness center and spa?
A. The WELL Spa will far surpass any spa journey you have ever experienced, with an array of personalized services to spoil and pamper you. The adjacent fitness center is ready for your next workout with the latest equipment, pilates and yoga... plus our magnificent outdoor pool is the perfect spot to refresh before or after your other activities.
Q. Is the hotel located near the strip?
A. Yes. The property is located one block behind Bally’s and 1 ½ blocks from Las Vegas Boulevard and the famed Las Vegas strip.
Q. Do you have a restaurant/bar?
A. Yes. The Platinum Hotel offers the Kil@wat Restaurant, Stir Lounge, and room service. Breakfast and lunch are served in Kil@wat (6am-2pm weekdays; 6am-3pm weekends). Appetizers and dinner are served in Stir Lounge (5pm-11pm daily). Cocktails are served in Stir Lounge (5pm - midnight daily). Room service is offered 6am-11pm.
Q. Is Platinum Hotel pet friendly?
A. Yes. The Platinum Hotel does make exceptions for pets 50 lbs or less. There is a $75 non-refundable deposit required.
Q. Do you offer the government per diem?
A. Yes. Government ID and property payment with government issued credit card or check are required. For group information, please contact the sales office at (702) 365-5000.
Q. Do you offer airport/local shuttle?
A. No. The Platinum Hotel does not have regular shuttle service available. However, we are pleased to assist with arrangements. Please contact our Concierge at (702) 365-5000.
