Kings Crown Lawn - outdoors Enjoy a landmark experience. Kings Crown is the only free-standing building from the time when this iconic resort was first built in the 1880’s. It is truly the heart of South Seas. Restored but maintaining the charm of old Florida, King’s Crown lawn overlooks Pine Island Sound and the T-Dock. Brides will marvel at the exquisite water view without the sand between her toes. The lawn is marked by towering Royal Palm trees and tropical foliage. The Kings Crown Lawn is a historic venue for a daytime or evening exchange of vows.
South Beach - outdoors Enjoy the beauty of Captiva by transforming one of the island’s most beautiful beaches into your ceremony locale. Surrounded by nature’s bounty including palm trees and the shell-strewn, white sand beach, this is the perfect place to exchange vows.

King's Crown - Indoor/Outdoor - Capacity: 50-150 Have it all! South Seas’ prime wedding location located on the prestigious north end of the resort with an exquisite water view of Pine Island Sound. With both a wood-floor and original fireplace from when this landmark was built in the 1880’s, this charming location boasts a beautiful dining room inside and patio and beautiful lawn outside. The King's Crown can be used for either indoor or outdoor receptions or a combination of both. Enjoy cocktails and passed hors d' oeuvres on the King's crown Lawn then celebrate with dinner and dancing in the newly renovated King's Crown Dining Room.
West Lawn - Outdoor - Capacity: 300 A spacious, well manicured lawn overlooking the stunning Captiva Course - 9-hole executive golf course. Sunset Beach is just a few feet away so this lawn mixes the feeling of wide open space on a lush, manicured lawn with the Gulf breeze blowing gently in from the shore. Just over 60,000 square feet, this lawn can accommodate any size celebration with a spectacular sunset view.
Captiva Ballroom - Indoor - Capacity: 75-500 Simply classic. The ballroom welcomes you into a grand atmosphere with its spacious foyer, perfect for your cocktail hour. Your guests can easily flow into an elegant dinner and dance for the evening as the doors open into the extravagant dining area. Overlook Deck - Outdoor - Capacity: 10-50 Existing above the Royal palms surrounding the resort’s infinity pools, the Overlook Deck is perched for a flawless view of Pine Island Sound and 360 degree views of lush foliage in every direction. Privacy is yours within this space above The Pointe Restaurant for a stunning evening event as the lights come up over the resort and boats float by the Sound.
Presidents Room and Patio - Indoor/Outdoor - Capacity: 30 maximum Perfect for brides desiring an intimate dinner with friends and family. The patio has a beautiful view of Pine Island Sound and King’s Crown’s lush lawn and tropical foliage edged with Royal Palm trees. With tile flooring, the President’s room is surrounded by windowed doors that can be opened or closed weather depending to the patio directly outside. Both classic and modern, this space typifies a charming island locale.
Yacht Harbour Marina - Indoor/Outdoor - Capacity: 50 maximum Picture the twinkling lights of the Yacht Harbour Marina coming up over the sunset’s reflection from the Gulf of Mexico. The Yacht Harbour Marina boasts luxury vessels of up to 120 feet, offering quite a view from this location. The Marina location can accommodate outdoor festivities on the paved quarterdeck perfect for cocktails and dancing or indoor elegance in the Sextant Room. Marina Walk is nestled in between the Harbour and the Harbourside Hotel accommodations, creating a convenient walk "home" for guests.
Sea Pearl - Indoor - Capacity: 50-200 The beautiful Sea Pearl Room is next to the South Seas’ Butterfly Garden and offers you intimacy and privacy for your celebration. Guests can mingle in this tastefully decorated room featuring five-star finishes and furnishings, coupled with state-of-the-art technology. A perfect blend of both comfort and classic elegance.
